These rules apply to all students who come and study at QIAS in Alexandria for any of our programs.

Once an agreement has been established with QIAS regarding your study program (i.e. number of days and hours you intend to study and preferred accommodation), you will then be given an estimation of the total cost. QIAS requires that prospective students pay a down-payment of 200 Euros before they begin class.

There are 3 methods of payment:

1. Western Union: (plus 5 euros transfer fees) Money should be sent to Alexandria, Egypt to Mayar AL Housiny

2. Direct Transfer to QIAS Bank Account     (See Below for details)   plus, 6 euros transfer fees. Payments in other currencies are plus 20$, opening new   accounts.                        

3. Check: ( plus 10 euros for bank commission ) Prospective students may mail a check via FedEx or DHL, made out to "Qortoba Institute" on the following address and please write down on the envelope (Attention: Ustaz Ahmed the accountant):

Below you will find the QIAS bank account information for wiring or transfer of funds from abroad if you choose.

Note: Receipt of money can take some time, so please give adequate amount of time between sending of money and beginning of classes. Please be mindful that  you will not be able to begin your studies until payment is confirmed. Also, any transfer/wiring/conversion fees associated with the sending of money are to be paid by the student. Thus, students who would like to start on  quickly western union is recommended for them.

Once the money has been wired or transferred please inform us in order to reserve your place. Please be sure to include the transfer or wire number (if applicable). If you have any questions do not hesitate to contact us.

Once an agreement has been established between you and QIAS regarding your study program (i.e number of days and hours you intend to study and preferred accomodation/transportation service, if needed), you will then be given an estimation of the total cost. QIAS will then email you a "payment request" via Moneybookers, which you will be able to pay via online wire transfer direct from your bank account to Qortoba's bank account or via debit/credit card.
